Reminder if you have NOT heard from an account rep, please check your Junk Mail/Spam every day. There are some email providers that mark our emails as spam, so you need to check there regularly.
PLEASE do not accept an offer you do not want, for these reasons:
1) The Account Rep responsible for filling the shop, like you, is a contractor, and WILL NOT GET PAID if you accept a shop and do not complete and submit it by the deadline.
2) Each client requires a strict number of shops to be completed by the deadline. Shops are used for training purposes, but also for awarding bonuses in some businesses. If you accept an offer and then don’t complete it, the location will be short, and everyone involved suffers!
So, PLEASE show consideration for the Account Reps and Clients – carefully review the details of any offer and make sure you can and WILL complete and submit it by the deadline before accepting.

Contract shoppers needed to complete phone shops (recorded and non-recorded). New offers monthly! You will need to have a nationwide plan on your cell phone (no charge for nationwide long-distance). Contact Office@shopperjobs.com
PRIVACY POLICYSASSIE has adopted a Privacy Shield Policy (“Policy”) to establish and maintain an adequate level of Personal Data privacy protection. This Policy applies to the processing of Personal Data that SM obtains from Customers located in the European Union and elsewhere, on behalf of our Agents. NOTE: You will have to agree to the policy before seeing your shop log/profile. A "Citation" will be added to your log/profile stating that you have agreed to the policy. This is NOT a negative citation, only informational.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS FOR ALL SHOPPERS!
VISITS – Please do not DO or SAY anything out of the ordinary, WEAR anything unusual, or ORDER anything that could identify you or that might make you stand out. You are a Secret Shopper, and as such, you should be incognito, blend in with the crowd, not stand out. If you are identified by the client as a shopper, the client will request that you not be used anymore and may reject your shop as well, because it serves no purpose if they know you are shopping them.
You must silence their phone and refrain from personal calls and texting during visit/employee interaction. Any complaints from a client might exclude you from payment. However, phones may be used for notes, etc. after contact with employee.
PHONE CALLS – If you are calling a location in a different area code, please BE PREPARED if they ask you why your area code is different. Check with your Account Rep for ideas if you need help, but a common one is to say you moved to the area but wanted to keep your old cell phone number.
